With a wealth of experience exceeding 25 years in the Geriatric care industry, Lloyd's expertise encompasses various domains, including Hospital, Skilled Nursing, inpatient/outpatient Physical Therapy, Home Health, and Hospice. Additionally, he served as the owner and operator of a Geriatric medical practice.

Lloyd's passion for education led him to pursue studies as an educator, instilling in him a deep appreciation for the importance of educating clients. Furthermore, his prior experience as a US Army officer has equipped him with invaluable leadership skills, enabling him to guide his placement team and, ultimately, his clients towards the best decisions for themselves and their loved ones.
